- Utilize provided resources, including readings and scope and sequence, to guide the mentoring experience for new teachers.

- Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent
- Hold a highly-reputed company certification in Michigan for at least 3 years.
- Minimum of five years of teaching experience; 5 years at a CEN school preferred.
- Minimum of three consecutive years of demonstrated high-reputed company teaching, as evidenced by data
