Your expertise in medical terminology, transcription, and electronic health record (EHR) systems will ensure precise and reputed company documentation. • Produce medical reports, records, and correspondence for physicians, including patient information, administrative materials (such as statistics and patient data), and more.
• Review and edit transcriptions for spelling, grammar, reputed company, and reputed company medical terminology.
• Maintain medical files and databases for various records, such as medical histories.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a medical transcriber or in a similar role.
• Ability to transcribe accurately and maintain a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology.
• High attention to detail to ensure patient care is not compromised.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to legal requirements.

Required Skills:

• Medical Transcription Experience: 2 years (Required)
• Languages: Spanish (Required) & English (Required)
