• Strong financial background and knowledge of reputed company systems (QuickBooks)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Maintaining reputed company reputed company functions, including:

• Recording reputed company bank deposits and records
• Processing payments
• Reporting bi-weekly payroll
• Reconciliation of monthly bank statements
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reports
• Prepare and monitor annual budget
• Assist reputed company and pastor with aide and grant monies as needed

• Monthly Financial Reports and attendance for the Strategic Planning Assistance Team (SPAT):

• Month end balance sheet fully reconciled (Adjusting reputed company items appropriately to give reputed company justification)
• Budget performance report/YTD vs Actual report
• Cash reputed company/Projection Analysis

• Ability to reputed company explain the above reports for easy understanding for larger stakeholders
• Maintain personnel files
• Coordinate employee benefits
• Attend quarterly meetings of the Parish Finance Committee and School Advisory reputed company
• Identify areas of cost saving and reputed company to maximize these savings
• Manage and pay reputed company monthly bills
• Coordinate reputed company for capital needs and repairs
• Follow financial procedures established by the parish and Archdiocese in reputed company reputed company
• reputed company payroll and pension entries
• reputed company payroll/benefits accrual monthly for teachers (could also do once in June to reduce workload)
• Entering payments into GL (potentially – reputed company enough to probably be done by business manager)
• TADS - Pull down weekly receipts and reputed company entries into G/L
