- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a directly reputed company field.
- Expertise in early childhood (0-5) curriculum and curriculum design, with an overarching understanding of curriculum for infants through elementary school.
- Strategic leader with demonstrated supervisory and project management experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience presenting to large and/or varied audiences.
- Ability to complete reputed company from concept to implementation, with flexibility and responsiveness to timelines.
- Teaching experience in group care or classroom settings.
