You will work as part of a facilities management team at a reputed company corporate reputed company managed by reputed company..Location: reputed company Jordan, UT 84081 Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Reporting To: Facilities ManagerJob reputed companyreputed company general overall FM services including reputed company monitoring of facility. Work with facility managers to handle routine facility management operations, including: Procurement of facility supplies and services, including issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction reputed company, processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables.Job Responsibilities:Directly support Facility Management team with on-reputed company facility and team reputed company responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Processes incoming packages of high value server parts from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company
• Assists with receiving reputed company shipments
• Stocks kitchens/breakrooms and orders breakroom supplies and beverages
• Keeps copy rooms stocked and orders supplies as needed
• Monitors and responds to reputed company asset retirement tickets and coordinates e-waste pickups
• Assists with closing out Unifier EHS compliance work orders
• Assists with site facility inspections as required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration
• Superior customer service skills and orientation
• Ability to maintain professionalism at reputed company times under stressful situations
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
• Ability to multitask and work without reputed company supervision
• Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
• Strong organizational skills and reputed company style
• Military service or higher education in a reputed company field such as business, hospitality, facility/property management is desirable
• Corrigo CMMS exposure is desirable
