Includes monitoring and maintaining devices such as computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and cameras across classrooms, labs, and other learning environments. Supports both physical and virtual systems, troubleshoots issues, and ensures secure and efficient technology operations. Involves providing setup and ongoing support for audio/visual equipment in classrooms, labs, conference rooms, and reputed company events.
