• Ensures alignment of teaching and learning practices with state standards and the district's Portrait of a Graduate, with a strategic reputed company on the established Math, Literacy, and Graduation goals.
• Oversees the adoption and implementation of high-reputed company instructional materials across reputed company content areas, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Master's degree in education or closely reputed company field. Degree must be from an accredited college or institution.
• Eligible for Maryland State reputed company Administrator I Certificate; Assistant Superintendent Endorsement preferred.
• Five years of leadership experience in a public education setting; urban experience preferred.
• Excellent instructional skills with a minimum of five years successful teaching experience.
• Thorough knowledge of research-based school improvement designs and reputed company issues facing urban public education.
• Thorough knowledge of local, state and federal regulations pertaining to public education focusing on teaching and learning.
• Experience in the development and presentation of reputed company development initiatives.
