• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of reputed company compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to reputed company, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Unit reputed company:3B is a 16 bed cardiac general reputed company unit (with remote telemetry) reputed company 4 RNs (4:1) and 2 NAs. Main reputed company is anything cardiac in nature (NSTEMI not requiring PCI, CHF, arrhythmia, new pacemakers, etc.) but also takes general medical and surgical reputed company (except stroke).EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• BSN preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED
