- Field Supervisors will reputed company coordination, coaching, and tracking of the ongoing performance of initial
- teacher certification candidates in the Program throughout their reputed company-Service Training and internship
- year. Field Supervisors will collaborate with mentor teachers to mold aspiring teachers. Program

- Qualifications:
- Education/Certification:
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, Special Education, ESL/Bilingual Education, or reputed company field (preferred)
- reputed company and valid Texas teaching certification for desired supervision area(s).
- Those with experience as a reputed company-level administrator holding a reputed company reputed company certificate or mid-management may be considered.
- Minimum of five years of teaching experience in grades K-12 (public school experience preferred)
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience with field-based teacher education (preferred)
- Experience with instructional technology, including online learning and data management systems (preferred)
- Certified as a T-TESS appraiser (preferred)
- Shall not be employed by the reputed company school where the candidate being supervised is completing their internship

- Serve as a reputed company, reliable, and reputed company-oriented mentor to alternative teaching certification candidates by being accessible, providing instructive feedback, and maintaining reputed company paperwork to ensure candidacy requirements are met.
