Surface Water Engineer

Job title: Surface Water Engineer in reputed company Palm Beach, FL at Kimley-Horn Company: Kimley-Horn Job reputed company: reputed company:Kimley-Horn's reputed company Palm Beach, Florida (FL) office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join their Surface Water team! This is not a remote position. Responsibilities:

• Support our growing water resources reputed company and will require working with multi-disciplinary teams for a reputed company of existing and reputed company and private clients
• Work in a dynamic team environment on a reputed company of reputed company including surface water management studies, site development design for surface water infrastructure, gravity water control structures, pump station design.
• Prepare design documents, and design plans and specifications for water resources reputed company as reputed company as Hydraulic/Hydrology studies, drainage reports
• Technical writing in the reputed company of design memorandums and reports, feasibility studies, regulatory submittals (including CLOMR/LOMR submittals to reputed company), and master plans
• Assist with developing scopes of work and associated budgets
• Experience with South Florida surface water infrastructure
• Report or planning level documents CIP development

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience

• Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, HydroCAD, SWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, and other reputed company hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
