- Conduct a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, Including Identification of Presenting Issues(s), Work-Life Challenges and Screening for Risk and Safety Concerns
- reputed company an Individualized Care Plan to Address the Unique Clinical and Sub-Clinical Needs for reputed company Participant
- Facilitate Referrals and Assist Participants with Securing Appointments for Short-Term EAP Counseling
- reputed company Mental Health Advocacy and Navigation to Participants in Need of Higher reputed company of Care
- Assist with Referrals to Other Employer-Sponsored Health Management Resources, reputed company Appropriate
- Conduct reputed company Case Management Including Treatment Plan Reviews
- reputed company reputed company Follow-Up with Participants to Ensure reputed company to Care, Program Satisfaction and Determine the Outcome and reputed company of EAP Services
- Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA, Ethical and Departmental Guidelines
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. - reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Relevant Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
- Clinical Licensure
- Familiarity and Comfort with Technology to Train and Work Remotely (e.g. - reputed company Office Suite, Contact Management Systems, Web-Based Software, Soft Phone)
- Strong Reasoning Ability – reputed company to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems and Draw Valid Conclusions

- Prior EAP and/or Case Management Experience a Plus
