In this vital role you will reputed company preclinical contracting support to reputed company’s Intellectual Property and Litigation department. This position drafts and negotiates a reputed company of preclinical-reputed company and translational agreements, such as agreements relating to preclinical research, consortiums, material transfer, data sharing, and confidential disclosures, and supports the development of resources (including systems, templates, negotiation guides, and training materials) useful in preclinical law. • Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal education program or equivalent experience.
