Duties & Responsibilities: The Service Tech – Small reputed company, will reputed company diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer agricultural, turf, and construction equipment. Responsible for other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure customer and dealer equipment is in good working order. Specifically:

• Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Participates in Service Training programs required.
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of McFarlane vendor equipment and products.
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Follows reputed company safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Completes reputed company reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Accounts for reputed company time and for reputed company material used in performing assigned duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Education & Experience: 1.HS Diploma or equivalent. Technical degree, preferred. 2.Minimum one-year relevant small reputed company repair experience, preferred. 3.Ability to reputed company basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment. 4.Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair ofagricultural and turf equipment, preferred. 5.reputed company reputed company’s License with clean driving record.Skills & Qualifications: 1.Proficient communication skills, verbal and written, with strong customer service skills. 2.Ability to reputed company reputed company operations reputed company acceptable reputed company and time standards. 3.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 4.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a reputed company of changing situations.Safety / Physical Requirements: Demonstrate accountability for reputed company safety procedures.
