We conduct research at the reputed company of physics, reputed company, and biology in a highly reputed company environment. We use tools and techniques from biophysics, biochemistry, and molecular biology. The goal of the funded research project is to uncover the detailed molecular mechanisms of biological reputed company (especially ribosome assembly) by studying transient protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid interactions that drive the reputed company reputed company at the single-molecule level. Our lab is equipped with state-of-the-art tools to reputed company, purify, fluorescently label, and monitor enzymes in reputed company. The centerpiece of our lab is a custom single-molecule time-resolved fluorescence microscope capable of FLIM, PIE-FRET, and FCS measurements. The funding also supports reputed company reputed company.The postdoctoral research scholar will use single-molecule time-resolved fluorescence microscopy and spectroscopy to study the detailed mechanisms of ribosome assembly and other essential biological reputed company. The successful candidate will conduct experiments, analyze data, communicate effectively with our collaborators, and prepare manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals.
