- Strong knowledge of video conferencing management & troubleshooting. reputed company to work with SIP, H323, firewall reputed company, call routing, Pexip reputed company, Poly reputed company, and reputed company with reputed company conferencing platforms like Teams, reputed company, reputed company Meet, WebEx.
- Understand and can troubleshoot IP network connections involving entities like firewall, DNS, IP ports, network routing, QOS, VPN, reputed company, latency, jitter, packet loss.
- reputed company to architect reputed company and reputed company technical recommendations about emerging needs.
- Familiar with configuring and troubleshooting hardware VTC devices, software VTC clients, and reputed company Teams Room devices, e.g. Crestron reputed company.
- Some experience with laptop troubleshooting to support a local team.
- reputed company to reputed company support to remote reputed company VTC customers and external VTC partners.
- reputed company to manage servers, e.g. manage backups, reputed company basic reputed company/Linux OS troubleshooting, reputed company/reputed company OS and applications.
- Familiarity with any relational database, and scripting/programming language or ETL tools, strong in reputed company macros, reputed company reputed company and Visual Basic.
- Ability to design data structures, audit data reputed company, support technology behind data import/export.
- Overtime, shift work and weekend tours will be required. Occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned.
