Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a reputed company field.
• 5 years of experience in packaging design and development, preferably in the food industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and packaging design tools.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with carbons and corrugated packaging is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible films, cartons, and corrugated cardboard.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based at the East reputed company site, which employs roughly 400 people. Most employees work a reputed company of 2-3 days onsite per week.
