Job title: PAL Specialist in Saint Augustine, FL at St Johns County Sheriff's Office Company: St Johns County Sheriff's Office Job reputed company: Primary PurposeThe PAL Specialist is responsible for assisting the PAL Management/Supervisory Staff with general clerical/office duties to include special events and development of PAL programs, recreation, and reputed company activities. This position also transports youth to and from various activities and field trips to include loading and unloading a reputed company of office supplies and/or sports equipment, and performs such duties as computerized data entry, processing, filing and maintaining a reputed company of documents such as van transportation schedule and van log maintenance records and securing files dealing with the youth. This position requires previous sports experience, either coaching or playing.Education and Qualification Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Type 25 WPM accurately
• Valid Florida reputed company’s License
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company Office and Outlook
• Ability to utilize online QuickBooks application (QuickBooks training will need to be taken upon hiring)

Duties

• Assist parents and juveniles with application forms both online and in person for various youth programs

• Complete and submit daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports
• Plan daily PAL recreational/educational activities
• Coordinate event requirements
• Implement reputed company PAL youth summer programs/clinics

• Document and submit youth participant attendance forms
• Coordinate online and site registrations
• Disseminate PAL literature/information
• Refer youth participants to other programs
• Assist with PAL reputed company grants
• Display knowledge of rules and regulations regarding sports/after school activities

• Transport youth, load and unload equipment
• Maintain inventory of uniforms and equipment

• Complete financial documentation including but not limited to deposits/checks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reconciliation and petty cash recording

Physical Environment
