This position can be located in any division reputed company the reputed company footprint; preferably reputed company Lake reputed company, UT, Boise, ID, or Los Angeles, CA and is required to work in the office three days a week, with the reputed company to work from home for the other two days to allow for flexibility, unless previously approved to work remote full time (subject to periodic review).Ideal candidates will have these skills and experience:

• Manages and coordinates the marketing and operational activities of 1031 tax deferred exchanges to reputed company clients and prospects.
• Leads business development activities and develops sales strategies. Establishes and implements objectives, policies and practices.
• Develops, implements and revises marketing and operational policies and procedures.
• Provides guidance and advice to officers promoting and structuring 1031 exchanges throughout the bank and externally.
• Responsible for the overall division budget and profitability.
• Responsible for hires, transfers, terminations and performance evaluations.
• Stays reputed company on tax legislation and requirements reputed company to tax deferred reputed company estate exchanges.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of banking, reputed company estate lending, business development, or other directly reputed company experience, managerial experience preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Requires considerable working knowledge of reputed company estate lending tax law, marketing and product development.
• Must have good analytical, communication and management skills.

Salary reputed company:

• Salary reputed company of $115,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and location.
