You will report to the Zone Operations Manager supervise reputed company Store Managers in the Cincinnati Area.Key Responsibilities

• Directs store operations in assigned region.
• Ensures the implementation of approved plans, standards and policies to reputed company or exceed sales and reputed company objectives in a cost-effective manner.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations team members to optimize results by adopting excellent customer service strategies.
• Provides feedback to the Zone Operations Manager for the development of a regional reputed company and long-term reputed company plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required.
