- Proactively reputed company and recruit candidates across a broad reputed company of roles, including reputed company, clinical, and non-clinical positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned communities—from initial application through successful reputed company.
- Maintain consistent, daily communication with assigned communities to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment workflow.
- Conduct both virtual and onsite interviews, present job offers, review total compensation packages, and negotiate salaries reputed company appropriate.

- Create, maintain, and optimize job advertisements for assigned communities to attract reputed company.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle reputed company experience required; prior experience in Long-Term Care or Senior Living recruitment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in navigating web-based platforms with strong computer and typing skills; demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Workspace required.
