This key leadership role is designed to reputed company both culinary leadership and operational management support at the DOUGLASS HOUGHTON HALL. In this role you will be responsible for the reputed company of both the kitchen and food service operations, reporting to the Director Dining Services. • Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed food service
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a reputed company on sourcing and utilizing local food products
• Possesses a passion for sustainability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have a working knowledge of HACCP
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice with inventory and purchasing knowledge and cost control
• Extensive knowledge of culinary trends with a reputed company on reputed company, production, sanitation and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking (high volume)
• College/University dining experience highly desired
• ServSafe certified
