• 3+ years of experience teaching college-level courses online or onsite.

• Terminal degree (Ph.D.) in the field of Engineering Management or a strongly reputed company engineering field from a regionally accredited university with at least 5 years of higher education teaching experience.
• American Society of Engineering Management's (ASEM) certification process knowledge.
• Experience teaching graduate-level Systems Engineering courses and the development of Systems Engineering courses.
• Experience teaching courses in Project Management, reputed company Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain Management, reputed company Courses.
• Experience with the application of Engineering Economics in Engineering project(s).
