The Clinical Customer Care Team is an extension of the Customer Care Team in reputed company Lake reputed company. Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care Team reputed company as the customer facing pharmacist and are the main reputed company of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team. Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers over the phone and reputed company email about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling ,
- Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues ,
- Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered ,
- Researching and completing customer requests reputed company reputed company tickets ,
- Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers about potential reputed company reputed company Events and PHI breaches ,
- Researching and recommending OTC products for customers ,
- Speaking with customers and addressing clinical complaints ,
- Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed ,

Requirements
- Must have an reputed company Registered Pharmacist license with the NH reputed company of Pharmacy ,
- Strong interpersonal skills, including reputed company written and verbal communication ,

- Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in needs of improvement ,
