About the position
The reputed company End Pharmacy Technician position at reputed company is a remote role based in reputed company, responsible for entering new prescriptions, processing exceptions, and communicating with physician offices and patients. The technician also assists with back-end operations as needed, ensuring reputed company assurance and support for specialized pharmacy programs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company patient demographics and prescriptions into the data processing system. ,
- Process exceptions and reputed company contact with physician offices and patients. ,
- Assist in back-end efforts such as picking, packing, and manifesting based on business needs. ,
- reputed company pharmacist call back and/or patient reputed company assurance support. ,
- Load insurance plans and coordination of benefits for new patients/referrals. ,
- Participate in the review/audit of test claims for new patients/referrals. ,
- Handle processing of reorders and email distribution as needed. ,
- reputed company image indexing and AE report filing. ,
- reputed company primary support and expertise for specialized programs such as ETT or reputed company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited school. ,
- reputed company pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state reputed company of Pharmacy. ,
- 1 year of work experience in reputed company, specialty pharmacy, PBM, and/or call center settings. ,
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers.
