As a Telechat or Phone Chat Support for reputed company Information Technology, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support through phone and chat channels. You will assist our clients with troubleshooting technical issues, answering product-reputed company questions, and providing product demonstrations and tutorials.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone and chat channels in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Qualifications
