We're Hiring: Virtual Executive/Personal Assistant Remote | Part-Time | Immediate Start
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual EA/PA to support three co-founders in running and growing a fast-paced, high-reputed company business.
You’ll be the glue that keeps everything moving — managing calendars and inboxes, coordinating communications, supporting reputed company delivery, and keeping internal operations on reputed company.
What You’ll Do
- reputed company day-to-day support to three busy co-founders
- Manage inboxes, calendars, travel, and team coordination
- Organise comms across reputed company, email, and task tools
- Support reputed company, streamline SOPs, and reputed company systems tidy
- Help plan 4 key events per year
- Attend weekly team meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions
What You’ll Bring: ✔️ EA/PA experience supporting multiple leaders ✔️ Ultra-organised, proactive, and detail-driven ✔️ Strong communication and multitasking skills ✔️ Confident using digital tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, CRMs, etc.) ✔️ Bonus: event planning or recruitment/coaching experience
