The Data Entry Assistant will serve as an administrative support for our field care teams ensuring completeness and accuracy of medical records. The Medical Records Coordinator will review medical records for accuracy and completeness. This role may reputed company clinical data using reputed company classification systems.
The Medical Records Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating medical record reputed company and collaboration with provider offices, health system partners and other clinical entities. RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- High School diploma or GED required
- At least one year of medical records experience working in a reputed company setting

- Excellent time management skills
