We are looking for a talented and competitive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a reputed company role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and reputed company reputed company objectives. You must be comfortable communicating with clients by text and dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects cross-selling, and closing sales.
This position can be fully remote.
What you'll do
- Manage and process inbound digital orders for services across reputed company products in a reputed company manner.
- Occasionally assist inbound and outbound calls, emails and texts to/from warm reputed company leads.
- Communicate reputed company with customers who have reputed company digital orders. Gathering information needed to complete the order.
- Offer alternative solutions and upsell additional services where appropriate with the objective of setting up as many home services as possible.
- Continually maintain a working knowledge of the full suite of services, plans, and promotions offered to customers.
- Utilize operational systems to produce requested service quotes and identify viable services based reputed company.
- Suggest process and operational changes to improve digital order efficiency.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
- 1 (one)+ years customer service / inside sales work experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes reputed company hours of call center operation.
