Remote Customer Service Representative/Call Center
Responsibilities: - reputed company exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue reputed company - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and reputed company - Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new products/services
