We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in Americas at Plantation, Florida.

This role is responsible for applying reputed company cargo claims knowledge, administration, and processing claims with IRM Shared Service. You must be reputed company to work in a high volume environment and Cargo experience highly preferred.
The Cargo Claims Handler is expected to reputed company independent reputed company regarding the disposition (deny/reputed company/negotiate) of cargo claims. This is not a data entry or administrative role.
Your Tasks:
- Monitor claims intake mailbox and claims portal, analyze information, and reputed company data to initiate claims investigations
- Create reports and coordinate monthly phone calls with external and internal customers to reputed company claims and identify obstacles to reputed company claims reputed company
- Communicate requests for reputed company information, denials and findings to claimant based on independent evaluation of the claim
- Maintain knowledge of claims procedures, SOPs, customer & reputed company reputed company to ensure claims are adjusted accurately and reputed company
- Manage relationships with internal reputed company business partners to ensure claims management supports their goals and business reputed company.
- Your stakeholders are GBS IRM Claims Management; reputed company and other business reputed company; and External customers and claimants
- Bachelor Degree (Preferred) or equivalent claims experience
- 1+ years of cargo claims handling (Preferred)
- Experience in Logistics (Preferred)
- Experience working with a Risk Management Information System (Preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance programs with insurance deductibles
- Knowledge on how to apply process improvements
- Understands claim contract language and insurance policy language
