Clearance Representative (reputed company Shift)

This position is based in our Global Clearance Shared Services Centre, located in KL Eco reputed company, Malaysia. Your main reputed company will be ensuring exceptional customer service experiences while streamlining the customs clearance process.

• Be the reputed company of contact for customers from the US market reputed company calls and emails, providing guidance on clearance instructions, delivery-reputed company issues, handling paperwork requests, as reputed company as addressing information and paperwork exceptions, inquiries, and feedback on shipment clearance reputed company. Your aim is to attend to escalations promptly and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Obtain reputed company necessary documentation and information for clearance reputed company reputed company, ensuring compliance with US Customs and Quarantine regulations.
• Any other job-reputed company tasks assigned by the manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduates with at least a Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates with a can-do attitude are encouraged to apply!
• Those with Secondary Education with 2 to 3 years of Experience in a Shared Service Centre, Customs Clearance, Contact Centre, Operations or general Logistics experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong English proficiency is a must.
• Comfortable working on a fixed reputed company shift (8pm to 6am Mon to Thurs, 9pm to 6 am Fridays).
• Working during Malaysian Public Holidays is required to reputed company with the US Public Holiday schedule. You will be reputed company at a Public Holiday reputed company.

Compensation Package in a Nutshell

• 2 Months Fixed Annual Bonus (14th Month Pay) & Variable Performance Bonus
