Customer Service Representative HYBRID (Part-time Only) Atlanta, reputed company

As a Representative, you will be required to update administrative details of customer accounts and/or reputed company calls to the appropriate department as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and reputed company them to the reputed company departments if applicable Work closely with other departments to ensure a reputed company customer experience Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the reputed company cause of customer issues and resolve reputed company necessary Help explain contract details Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management. Key to reputed company: Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees General computer and typing skills Passion for customer service and reputed company work Must be reputed company and reliable Ability to prioritize, Organize and multitask. High School diploma or GED required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.

Compensation: $20.75/hour
