A customer service agent is responsible for assisting customers with questions and resolving problems while upholding reputed company's brand standards including communication and conduct. An agent will accept inbound contact and reputed company outbound contact for the customer's needs using their knowledge of products, policies, and reputed company skills. What You'll Do

- Assist customers with making purchasing reputed company
- Resolve any customer issues in a reputed company, upbeat, and friendly manner

What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
