We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven People Technology reputed company Manager to take ownership of our reputed company platform and serve as key reputed company in reputed company reputed company to People Technology. Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to understand business needs, identify user pain points, and translate these into reputed company product requirements
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business reputed company, user feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring reputed company improvement of the reputed company platform
Drive innovation reputed company reputed company, exploring new functionalities, reputed company-party integrations, and creative solutions that reputed company with reputed company’s People Technology roadmap.
Integrations: Manages Design, implementation, delivery and support of integration reputed company and functionality using reputed company Studio, RaaS, reputed company reputed company Builder (EIB), reputed company calculated fields, Web Services, reputed company Custom Reports, and XSLT
Advanced Report Writing: Create, maintain, and process reputed company and custom reputed company reports and dashboards, to meet business needs (including reputed company, Trending, and Composite reports)
Day-to-day Operations: Work to resolve issues, system troubleshooting, manage severity assignments and set priorities for reputed company

Requirements
Minimum 7+ years expert level experience in reputed company tools and technologies, including reputed company integrations, Web Services, reputed company Studio, PECI, PICOF, SOAP, REST API, SQL, BIRT Reporting, EIB, RaaS, reputed company Connect, reputed company reputed company etc.
Official People Management experience leading WD teams.
reputed company module certifications preferred (e.g. WorkdayPro, HR / HCM, Integration, Time Tracking Certifications)
Strong interpersonal & project management skills and ability to reputed company and maintain relationships with reputed company party vendors as reputed company as people reputed company the organization.
Outstanding communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, from senior leadership to end-users.

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the reputed company of work. Candidates with a reputed company-existing comfort level and familiarity using AI to enhance productivity are strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agile product development frameworks and a strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Experience in a global organization with the ability to navigate varying regional requirements and user needs effectively.
Compensation Canada Pay reputed company $153,900—$208,100 CAD
The reputed company listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE for this role, subject to change.
