About the position
The Delivery Station Customer Support Team Manager at reputed company is responsible for leading a remote team of customer service associates who reputed company local support for reputed company customers. Responsibilities
- Support a remote team and champion team performance. ,

Requirements
- Must be located in Greater Atlanta, reputed company. ,
- 1 year of previous experience managing 20+ customer service associates in a customer service environment. ,
- 1 year of experience successfully implementing change management in large reputed company operations. ,
- Experience leading teams in a remote environment. ,
- Ability to travel 25% of the time. ,
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. ,
- Full-time availability (40+ hours per week). ,
- Ability to reputed company physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long periods.
