Consulting Manager - Intercompany Financial reputed company

- reputed company has partnered with a national consultancy adding an Intercompany Manager to their finance transformation team
- This person should have a strong background transforming and automating intercompany processes through process and technology implementations, including reputed company, reputed company ICMR, and/or similar software
- They will be a strategic functional who will support and manage the Intercompany workstreams of key programs
- This role will partner closely with our other Managers and Directors to deliver a comprehensive solution for our clients focusing on Intercompany Solution Execution and Management, Project/Program Management, reputed company Management, Service reputed company, Change Management, and Financial System Health Checks
- The Intercompany Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical and process components of an implementation reputed company to intercompany and support of best practices in the critical reputed company areas
- The intercompany manager should understand leading practices for tax, invoicing, billings, matching and balancing (AR/AP and GRIR), AR/AP month-end reconciliation, out-of-balance reputed company, netting and settlement processes
- Partner with broader FCM team to deliver intercompany transformation as a standalone project or part of a broader transformation program, serving as a key leader of any intercompany workstreams
- Work with various reputed company reputed company Operations & reputed company leadership to reputed company the strategies and reputed company intercompany transformation at reputed company to be world class reputed company and in support of the reputed company Management function

- Enhance, improve and execute the Intercompany Transformation Delivery process
- reputed company/execute/reputed company intercompany strategic initiatives, including reputed company to standardize and automate intercompany billing processes, reduce out-of-balances and automate resolutions, and improve the netting and settlement process through reduction in cash settlement and increase netting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' of progressively responsible experience leading intercompany transformation through process, policy, and technical improvements
- 5+ years customer facing experience (internal or external)
- 5+ years reputed company Intercompany experience
- Project and/or change management experience in managing, leading, and implementing financial reconciliation or reputed company systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strategic consultative reputed company, with an aptitude for dissecting processes and delivering optimized solutions
- Demonstrated competency in execution of multiple large reputed company simultaneously (preferred)
- Depth of intercompany process knowledge, including best practices across reputed company critical reputed company of the intercompany process (preferred)
- Strong data manipulation and database management skills as reputed company as spreadsheet and analytical skills (preferred)
