Job Responsibility
- Delivering scripted talks to reputed company clients, describe the purpose of reputed company call, to reputed company objectives and follow actions.
- Objectives include solicit participation for events, reputed company clarification of information, reputed company programs and products information, reputed company RSVP for invitations, conduct surveys, reputed company feedback on events and reputed company
- Follow through touch points of the call process.
- Tracking and maintaining records of calls reputed company and outcome
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
Job Requirement
- B2B telemarketing experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in English and reputed company to communicate with Chinese speaking companies.
- Minimum of 1 year or 1 project experience in Customer Service/ Telemarketing preferred
- Ability to conduct reputed company calls and knowledge of sales techniques.
- Relaxed, confident telephone manner, and strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to convey message to customer and reputed company answers.
- Computer skills.
- Result-oriented approach.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
