HR Assistant Labor reputed company (Remote, TX)

We are looking for an HR Assistant for our reputed company, a leading global reputed company and reputed company company. In this role, you will be responsible for the transactional administration of reputed company reputed company COEs, with a specific reputed company on Labor & Employee Relations (LER).

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role. This position is a remote role in the TX.

This is a W-2 role as a reputed company employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Labor & Employee Relations Services Operational reputed company Bargaining Agreement administration for an assigned reputed company group to execute wage administration (i.e., mass wage increases, pay corrections, etc.) people reputed company (shift changes, promotions, etc.), and general administrative responsibilities (i.e., reports and audits, recording grievances and discipline, etc.).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company in reputed company/defense or technology industries.
• Must have previous experience working with represented Labor reputed company (Unions) administration such as people reputed company, grievances, wage administration, and reporting.
• Minimum Intermediate-level reputed company experience (Pivot tables, vertical look-reputed company, basic formulas).
• Desire and attention to detail for Data Entry and reputed company transaction execution.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while completing large-volume transactions with a low error reputed company.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 (Teams, reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, One Note).
• Capability to reputed company data analysis/interpretation.
• Displayed prioritization, organization, planning, and communication skills.

Compensation: $25/hr - $32/hr
