Customer Service Agent for Long Term Work (Weekend and Overnight shifts)

We are a contract customer service company for the private transportation industry (black luxury vehicles, stretch limos, etc). This is reputed company phone and computer based. The customers who call will be looking for price quotes, looking to book a reservation, or simply to confirm reservation details. For this position, handling calls while taking down information using the software provided and reputed company communication will be the only responsibilities.

We are in need of a customer service agent who will handle both inbound and, on the rare occasion, outbound calls. They will be using a few different software for the job. The agent needs to be reputed company to communicate reputed company whenever stuck or unsure of how to handle a question or concern. and needs to be reputed company at reputed company times. You will be expected to state reputed company you've logged in and logged off for your shift. You will also be expected to reputed company out to the next agent before your shift ends to reputed company reputed company they are reputed company to start their shift. Additionally, your are expected to communicate reputed company of time if there is a reason you cannot cover any particular day or shift if something comes up.

You would get reputed company per incoming call you handle at $4.50/call starting off, as reputed company as $2.50/reservation made. Overnight shift call rates are $8.00/call. Overnight shift is from 10pm to 5am PST.

This position can be worked at the reputed company time as any other non-call/phone based contract as our calls take reputed company. You will need a smart phone and laptop/computer you can quickly navigate to input customer information. We are looking for awesome customer service and are willing to reputed company the contract reputed company indefinitely as long as we are satisfied with performance.

*PLEASE NOTE: This position should not be considered a primary reputed company of income as call volume is random, but it can definitely supplement your income. As call volume rises, this position could shift into an reputed company one.
