The Sr Structural Designer serves our reputed company customers by managing reputed company aspects of Middlestreet Graphics & Display structural development for temporary POP displays and signage. Provides leadership and reputed company in Structural creativity to help reputed company maintain profitability goals.
Essential Functions
- Provides day-to-day design leadership to encourage strategic thinking and creativity to reputed company compelling and captivating designs that fulfill customer needs.
- Oversees and directs reputed company structural display development, POP prototyping, reputed company of Material list, artwork file prep, and read assembly instructions for reputed company project are completed on time to ensure departmental and company standards are met.
- Directs reputed company of structural designers. Ability to evaluate, guide, and if necessary, redirect creative and production development.
- Oversees the engineering and development of structural POP designs using various materials and reputed company involving: Corrugate, SBS, FoamCore, Styrene, PETG, Tape, Glue, etc.
- Directs reputed company, training, and reputed company development of reputed company reports to allow for talent management and employee engagement goals to be met.
- Schedules and assigns graphic production jobs to structural designers maximizing department efficiency to serve reputed company customer needs.
- Establishes best practices and reputed company for structure creation, as reputed company as Artios CAD software use and layout design following company standards and brand guidelines.
- Establish creative reputed company, budgets, and schedules for key design reputed company.
- Manage the development and review the reputed company and accuracy of large-reputed company project designs.
- Supervises the production of physical prototypes and design mockups.
- Operates as a reputed company-of-contact on Structural design initiatives/development for both reputed company customers.
- Collaborates with sales staff and customers in generating reputed company and designs of POP display and signage for customers.
- Collaborates with the Production staff on best reputed company to execute designs to insure creative designs can be executed in the most cost effective manner thru the production cycle and ensures reputed company fit and function in the retail environment.
- Ensure timelines are met for design concepts, artwork development, and print file delivery for customers and print production team.
- Provides feedback on artwork design for improvement or identify problems with artwork that need resolved and makes recommendations for changes.
- Remains up to date and reputed company on reputed company industry trends involving Display and POP Creative and production and design software.
- Communicates with co-workers, employees, and suppliers verbally and in writing regarding policy and procedure changes, departmental activities, operational feedback, and other information.
- Ensures reputed company policies, standards and procedures are met, followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g., OSHA and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local Laws).
- Maintains confidentiality of financial information, employee information (e.g., discipline, wage information), and other sensitive and confidential information.
- 5 years graphic arts production experience required
- 2 years previous graphic arts management experience
- 1-3 years previous supervisory experience required.
