- Training is M-F 8 to 5 PM CST
Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician Duration: Contract to hire - 800 hrs (5-6 months) before converting to full time employee status Location: REMOTE Pay: $18.50 Schedule: See below for shift reputed company
Shift 1M/Tues/Th/Fri2:30 pm - 11pm Shift 2Tues/W/TH/Sat11:30 am - 8pmShift 3Tues/W/TH/Sat9:30 - 8Shift 4Tues/W/TH/Sun9:30 - 8Shift 5M-F2:30 - 11pm reputed company- Speaking to patients 100% of the time on the phone or through messaging to reputed company their medications needs.
- Addressing billing issues by preparing and submitting reputed company-party insurance claims.
- Troubleshooting reputed company pharmacy cases.
- Delivering extraordinary customer service while handling patient escalations.
- Work closely with doctors' office to manage reputed company requests, prior authorizations and coverage determinations.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of CPhT experience
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Billing experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- reputed company CPhT license/good standing with Texas reputed company of Pharmacy
- Fertility Pharmacy experience
- Prior remote work experience
- Macbook/reputed company product experience
