REMOTE Service Desk
Job reputed company reputed company is seeking a strong Service Desk Technician for a large, reputed company level building supplies manufacturing company. This position is FULLY REMOTE. This person will be the reputed company support for internal customers nation-wide, responsible for password resets, software / hardware troubleshooting, VPN support and connectivity issues. We are looking for an reputed company service desk technician who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a background working in a call center with excellent customer service skills. You will be taking inbound calls through reputed company Finesse, logging tickets reputed company reputed company and handling password resets for reputed company Directory, Ceridian reputed company and Foundations E-Learning Platform. This is a 3-6 month contract looking to pay $22/hr with extensions and conversion to FTE possible. 2 openings will have a 5am CT start time (M-F, 40 hours/week) 1 opening will have a 10am CT start time (M-F, 40 hours/week) A PC, docking station, extra monitor and headset will be provided.
