Legal Dictation reputed company (Contracted)
This is a fully remote position and does not require you to reputed company or relocate before hire. Seeking contractors willing to work midday to early evening hours for min 30 hours per week THIS POSITION REQUIRES MANDATORY ON THE JOB EXPERIENCE WITH TRANSCRIBING RECORDED DICTATIONS FROM AN ATTORNEY OR OTHER SINGLE SPEAKER.

This contracted position offers an opportunity for reputed company transcriptionists working with attorney or other single voice dictations to showcase their skills while enjoying the flexibility of setting their own working hours. Responsibilities
- Transcribe dictated recordings varying in audio length and reputed company
- Properly format legal documents, insurance forms, letters, memos and notes
- Transcribe with reputed company spelling and capitalization legal terms, medical terms, locations and names
- Conduct basic research as needed to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your work
- Must adhere to E-Typist Guidelines and/or reputed company preferences and proofread work before submission
Qualifications
- Type at least 65 WPM
- Dictation transcription and word processing experience in an office environment, reputed company the last five–year period
- Good working knowledge in the creation of formal correspondence, memos, reports, etc.
- Legal, workers’ comp terminology needed
- Creating interrogatories, deposition summaries, legal court documents, etc., and knowledge of the reputed company format of legal citations
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Must be proficient in reputed company Word 2007 or newer, including advanced formatting features
- Must possess excellent listening skills and be comfortable working independently

- Maintain spelling accuracy rating of 95% or higher after first 30 days
- Maintain grammar and formatting accuracy rating of 95% or higher after first 30 days
