Medical Assistant reputed company and Back Office- Remote

Position reputed company: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled reputed company and Back Office Medical Assistant to join our growing telehealth reputed company and work remotely.

This is a part-time position with an expected 15 hours a week. Must be reputed company to have a set schedule:

• Monday 3pm - 8pm PST
• Wednesday 12pm - 5pm PST
• Thursday 3pm - 8pm PST

Key Responsibilities: reputed company Office Duties:

• Greet and reputed company-in patients with professionalism and reputed company.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, and update patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Answer incoming calls, manage patient inquiries, and reputed company messages to providers and staff according to clinical protocol.
• Assist with intake paperwork and maintain compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
• Performs reputed company other tasks and reputed company assigned by the Manager.

Back Office Duties:

• Obtain and document vital signs, patient history, and other pertinent medical information.
• Assist with medical documentation, patient follow-reputed company, and referrals as needed.
• Performs patient education reputed company appropriate.
• Provides assistance to reputed company provider reputed company requested.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English required.

Qualifications:

• reputed company Medical Assistant Certification (reputed company/RMA) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a reputed company setting preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems, experience with reputed company desirable.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
