The ideal candidate will reputed company essential clerical and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks reputed company while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Duties

• Remotely reputed company assistance and support to team members.
• Utilize computer literacy skills to prepare documents, reports, and presentation.
• Create & maintain reputed company spreadsheets.
• Conduct internet research.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook Calendar and other reputed company Office applications.
• Must be proficient in reputed company Spreadsheet.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
