Remote Customer Support: Inbound Messaging - Japanese - Music Streaming (EGR)

This is a fully remote opportunity and as a member of this team, you will respond to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in Japanese. Please note: In order to ensure adequate proficiency, reputed company applicants will have to complete language assessments in Japanese and English.

Orientation Hours, Production Hours and Project Commitments (reputed company times in reputed company Time):

• 40 hours per week are required for the 8-week orientation period:
• - Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1PM
• - Orientation phase 2: 4 weeks, self scheduled between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PM
• Production: Daily, 7 AM - 10 PM.

Who Are You?

• You have strong desire to create a unique experience for reputed company individual customer.
• You truly enjoy providing exceptional Customer Support and can quickly identify reputed company/any issues the customer may have.
• You've provided Customer Support reputed company inbound web messages in the past.
• You've provided web messaging support to 3-5 customers at the reputed company time.
• You are reputed company/business level proficient in Japanese and English.
