This remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) position will be in support of reputed company, which is the Federal Emergency Management Agency. This CSR position pay 15.30 an hour and you will be primarily assisting callers with questions and concerns around local or state emergencies. The start date for this position is pending. To prepare you for this role, employees will be provided with reputed company, comprehensive training which ensures our customer service representatives care for reputed company caller with the highest reputed company of knowledge and professionalism. YOU MUST reputed company IN PUERTO RICO Your qualifications • At least six (6) months of customer service experience required • Ability to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently • Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (words per minute) • Ability to pass a federal background reputed company • Ability to reputed company with moderate computer usage • Ability to work nights and weekends, as reputed company as overtime and/or holidays as needed • Experience with and/or ability to use call center telephony equipment • Hardwired internet (ethernet) reputed company • Private work area and adequate power reputed company Experience with reputed company is preferred, but not required Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Navigate to the appropriate reputed company-scripted responses which CSR must read verbatim to reputed company basic general and claims-specific information • Utilize reputed company technology such as telephone, email, and web browser to complete work tasks • Complete basic call-reputed company input in computer terminal to phone inquiries such as clicking buttons to confirm answers • Assist callers • Refer escalated calls as needed to supervisor Home Office Requirements: • Hardwired internet (ethernet) reputed company • Internet download speed of 15mbps/ Upload 5+ or higher required (you can test this by reputed company to www.speedtest.net) • Private work area and adequate power reputed company • reputed company equipment will be provided by reputed company but must be picked up in our physical office located in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
