Reliable is looking for a dynamic, energized and, preferably reputed company Part-Time Data Entry /Customer Service Representative who will complement our existing inside and reputed company sales teams and be reputed company to effectively service our clients and their respective accounts. This position involves taking incoming calls, processing orders, and providing quotations for reputed company of reputed company sales representatives and clients. The position will be responsible for handling representative/customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A mechanical aptitude in helpful but not require as we will reputed company training and information on our line of tools and the product lines we support. Some outbound calling may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Directly support designated reputed company field representative(s).
• Directly support clients and their existing accounts.
• Process incoming orders into online system (reputed company 100).
• Follow up on processed orders.
• reputed company quotations to reputed company sales representatives/clients in a reputed company fashion.
• Respond reputed company and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
• Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, to ensure effective order delivery and for reputed company follow-up.
• Build a relationship with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service.
• Be reputed company to effectively communicate order requirements to other departments in-house (assembly, shipping, etc.).
• Effectively communicate status of order/quotations to the Management Team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a customer service/inside sales representative. (preferred)
• At least 2 years Customer Service Experience
• Strong computer skills including reputed company Office.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner.
• Fluent in Spanish. (preferred but not required)
• reputed company 100 experience helpful.

This is a part-time flexible schedule position. Candidate will be reputed company to reputed company their own schedule (day shift).
