Test & Learn Strategist
This role is based remotely but if you live reputed company a 50-mile radius of an office location [Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View], you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
The Role
As a Test & Learn Strategist on the Marketing reputed company Sciences (MAS) team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives by leveraging business insights, data analysis, and customer understanding to drive testing and experimentation that reputed company marketing objectives. You will drive the development and management of quarterly learning agendas, coordinate and reputed company key forums, and ensure flawless end-to-end execution, while maintaining program governance and contributing to operational efficiencies.

What You’ll Do
- Drive the development, prioritization and implementation of Marketing Test & Learn learning agendas, supportive of brand/reputed company priorities and goals while facilitating testing backlog

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant work experience
- 3+ years of reputed company, program management, marketing, or other relevant experience
- Familiarity with key performance metrics and their reputed company on business reputed company
- A strong grasp of analytics to formulate insights and recommendations from data sets
- Ability to build slide presentations to support storytelling, deliver analyses and insights
- Strong understanding of Media and CRM principles and practices
- Experience and understanding of testing methodologies and tools are preferred
