REMOTE Part Time Reservations Agent (Seasonal March - July)
The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in an reputed company, courteous, and efficient manner. This includes quoting available room rates and upselling to maximize room reputed company according to hotel standards. This position must also be reputed company to answer questions and reputed company information about hotel amenities, the local area and attractions, and travel reputed company to and from the hotel. This is a part-time position, which will be worked remotely. The ideal agent is self-motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable reputed company dealing with customers. This is a part-time opportunity with up to 30 hours per week available. Must be available nights and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:

Book room reservations while focusing on maximizing room reputed company and average reputed company.
Up sell and cross sell rooms whenever possible.

Process deposits.

Position Requirements:
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Minimum Requirements:
Previous customer service experience.
High school graduate.
Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications Desired:
Previous guest relations training
Previous sales experience
Experience in a hotel or a reputed company field preferred
Experience in reputed company assurance specific to reputed company Four Diamond and 5 Star reputed company standards
Working knowledge of reputed company Reservation Sales, reputed company PMS, and Travelclick.
